Say WHAT Now?

Processed-Peas

So, Cora and I were walking through the grocery store the other day.  A store we don't normally go to, but part of the Dominick's (Safeway) chain.  We walked through a very odd "ethnic foods" aisle.  I'm used to seeing an ethnic aisle with Mexican and Asian items.

Not Irish.

And not Batchelors Processed Peas.

And it got me wondering, "processed" how?  Through a goat or something?

And then I started thinking about words like "colour" and "centre" and feared that "peas" and "pees" might be the same thing.

And I don't want no part of processed pee.  Especially if it's green and chunky.

LOL @ MJenks! We went to a party on Saturday night and my man said basically the same thing. Luckily, he was able to find some 'real' beer.

And peas are gross, no matter where they come from!

I meant appetizing...either way I'm with you.

Processed has to be better, right? Kind of like "Now with enzymes!"

Cora: Has to be better than Branston "Original Pickle" goo.

MJenks: I think you are thinking of Zima. Bud Light isn't processed.

So. Cal. Gal: LeSueur Peas are awesome. I could eat them out of the can. (If you cooked the can over a camp fire that is. Cold peas would be gnasty.)

Candy: Millions of babies spit them up every day, and they can't be wrong.

SkylersDad: Everything processed is better. THink of Tang vs. oragne juice!

Callista: Were there peas in it? :-)
