Christmas Music 2009

Tired of your collection of Christmas music?

Need something a little hipper than "The Holiday Lite"?

I've got a little something for you from Chicago's WXRT.

XRT-Holiday Just click the big icon right there, and enjoy.

What has been playing while I've been working on this post?

  • Keith Richards – Run, Run, Rudolph
  • Melissa Etheridge – Santa Claus is Coming To Town
  • Fountains of Wayne – I Want An Alien For Christmas
  • Charles Brown – Merry Christmas Baby
  • Los Lonely Boys – Feliz Navidad
  • Bob Rivers – Toy Sack (to "Love Shack")
  • Chuck Berry – Run, Run, Rudolph
  • The Pretenders – Blue Christmas
  • Bing & Bowie – Little Drummer Boy

And you can even pause and skip songs if you need to.

Hope this puts some ROCK'N in your STOCK'N!

Oh - And if it says "You've exceded your skips" when you click the link, you can either try right clicking picture, copying shortcut and pasting that into a browser. Or just click thru from the WXRT link I also provided.

Vodka Mom sent me over, and I'm glad I came. I'm always excited to find another fellow Chicagoan! Thanks for the XRT link. I'm on my way to check it out. Merry Christmas!

WHAT?! You BLOGGED on Gwen/Whiskey Marie Day?! Shouldn't you be out and about all sloshed, partying, and amassing blackmail photos or something?! Jeeeeeeeeez.

Go.

Get back to the party, silly! I mean, I can't be properly envious if you aren't properly partying, y'know?

ChiTownGirl - Thanks for coming over. I like reading locals, too, but right now, the only real local I read is on a bit of a break.

JenJen - My pleasure.

SkyDad - Cool like the underside of the pillow?

Cora - I tried napping, and failed. So I blogged instead.

JustSomeThoughts - Actually, that is the first time anybody has ever said that.
