Whoever owns that bike is awesome.
That is awesome!
Well, it lessens the likelihood of being hit by a car, that's for sure.
It seems to me that riding that is an invitation to get hit. People would be so mesmerized that they'd steer right towards it without realizing it. lol!
not sure i'd ride it. strings of things and bicycles just don't seem like they would go together. well not for me anyway!
