I hate when that happens...
There's a handicap parking space at the LUXOR in LAS VEGAS that is blocked off by CONCRETE posts. I have the pic I took (while swearing like a sailor) somewhere.
It's in such an inconvenient space that it makes me think someone was just practicing their painting skillz in there. Bizarre.
