Ha ha ha! Thou art making thee wish "Amish Paradise" was on the olde I-pod! And perhaps it shall be before the day is done.

Sounds like a lot of horse shite to me.

I'm just sayin'.

No really, there'd be a lot of horse shi...oh forget it.

Wow that is hillarious...I like the number 3 on the buggy - nice touch.

BTW, I didn't know Intercourse leads to Blue Ball. Go figure.

Is there off-track betting for this type of event? Because I could really get into that shit (no pun intended).

If you're starting in Red Lion, pick me up, I'll be the navigator! ;)

We could also make a couple of other stops... there's always Bird In Hand and Paradise... and you could have yourself a good ole piece o' shoo fly pie. I don't eat that crap, but you know, I'm just sayin', you could if you wanted to.

The Amish were SERIOUSLY screaming for help when they named those towns.
It's like they were speaking in code.

I believe "Red Lion" is associated with "Intercourse" ;-)

I believe "West Chester" is associated with "Blue Ball" ;-)

Use that information as necessary.

I only watch for the crashes.

You and I have a lot in common: midwest, beards, crappy cars dying on us while driving home from school and a tendency to end sentences talking about Blue Ball, PA.

LOL! Awesome, I like the poster art too.

That picture is awesome. I only hope for your sake that you haven't angered the great and powerful Zibbs by mocking his beloved West Chester.

Would each of the buggies be considered "1 horsepower"?

There is a Pittsburgh-based musical called Amish Burlesque

http://www.myspace.com/amishburlesque1

which has such fabulous musical number as "Take the Horse to Intercourse" and "Harvest Queen." It is hilarious.

2009-3-32? lol! I tried to do an April Fool's joke on my blog, but I guess I was too subtle.

Too, too funny! And I bet Rev.Earnhart will be the winner.

Scope, I just saw your quick hits on Cora and I want you to know that it's soo not true! She is freaking evil as she proved in your facebook post!

Cora said...

@ Callista: Dammit! Shhhhh. Don't tell him that! Let him find out on his own! It's MUCH more fun that way (for me.)

;-)

@ Scope: Callista is confused. She doesn't know what she's talking about. Ever. Ohhh, that Friday night dinner is gonna be FUN, huh? ;-)

@ Cora, wooops sorry but what do you expect when you are making friends with my mom on FB!

@ Scope, I certainly hope you know what you are getting yourself into. LOL. All bribes for info can be sent to my paypal account! Tell your friends!

Cora said...

@ Callista: Bribes? Pffft! You've got nothin' ;-)

Scope said...

Callista - I know she's evil, that's the fun part. If she was as goody-goody as she looks, then what fun would that be? :-)

Looking forward to Friday's dinner.

@ Cora, that's what you think!
I'm done with this bye!

Cora said...

@ Callista: We'll battle it out at the restaurant during dessert then. Pudding all around. Literally.

@ Scope: wink, wink, nudge, nudge, say no more! ;-)
