Tears

With an hour left before I needed to go to the airport, they were tears of anger and hurt.

With a half hour left before I needed to go to the airport, they were tears of longing for what could be.

When the cab arrived to take me to the airport, they were tears of heartache and separation.

On the cab ride to the airport, they were tears of heartbreak and loss.

Now, they are just tears.

Like you said, "No labels."

Don't worry honey, we'll see each other again soon.

Just picture me in the lingerie you bought for me...for US.

I'm sad now...and I don't even have the faintest idea what you are writing about.

I'm sad too even though I have no idea what's happening (although I'm making somehwat educated guesses!). This is a beautiful post.

I just had a taste of what could be, but isn't going to be, this weekend.

And I have stopped misting up.
Until I think about it.
Like right now.

Oh, Scope, I'm so sorry. I'm so sorry Poobomber broke your heart. He's such a bitch. I'm willing to smack him for you, just say the word. :-(

No, seriously, I am really sorry. I hope you're okay.

Once you've had a taste of the Poobomber it's hard to let it go.

Kidding aside, I'm sorry you're hurting. We'll drink the pain away in 4 days. Promise.

All, thanks, I'm mostly better now. Just an emotional weekend with MFF. But they always are. But I wouldn't trade the lows if it meant losing the highs.

Gwen - There will be no pain to drink away.

Obviously I'm getting to this late, but I'm glad to hear you're better now. You had me about to cry for you over here!

*sniff, sniff*

GP - You're not late. This was written on my flight back from a very emotionally internse visit with a dear friend. (Only and best label we can use.). By the time I got home, napped, etc. I was late getting it posted, and then, unintentionally, I kinda burried it behind my Monday Meme which I had mostly written last Thursday, so it was done and I just published it earlier than I normally do.

And sorry to anyone I bummed out. Just needed to let it out. I'm not ALWAYS fart or flying monkey stories. Just most of the time.

We all have our things that make our lives that seem perfect from a distance not so perfect up close.
