I have no further information on this story. I just got it via email from an uncle. Nor do I want any further info, to be honest. That image will HAUNT ME to the end of my days. At least you were warned. I opened an email and BAM!
I would imagine, however, they simply, nipped it in the bud, so to speak. While he could use it for the relief, he would most likely not be able to use it to reproduce. And that's probably a good thing, too.
